Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non‑returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Downloadable software products
  • Software or media sent by mail (including CDs, DVDs, USB drives, or any physical storage device)
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
    A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary

Sale Items
Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email support@usedfitnessequipmentparts.com and send your item to the return address provided.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the return address provided by our support team.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For high‑value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
