Products
We sell new and used fitness equipment parts. Used parts are removed from working machines and tested where noted in the listing. Photos show the actual part or an identical one. It’s your responsibility to confirm that a part fits your machine; if you’re not sure, email us your model and serial number before you order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required by law. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a part turns out to be unavailable after you order, we’ll refund you in full.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Installation
Fitness equipment repairs can involve electricity and heavy moving parts. Unplug the machine before working on it, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and use a qualified technician if you’re unsure. We aren’t responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation.
Warranty and liability
Apart from the return rights in our Refund and Returns Policy, parts are sold without any other warranty, to the extent allowed by law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Brand names and part numbers such as NordicTrack, ProForm, ICON, Sole, Matrix, Life Fitness and others are used only to describe what a part fits. We are not affiliated with these manufacturers.
